Brief Introduction to modern machines

With the passing years, improved technology had yield out large scale developments in every field. The development of different machines had made the manufacturing processes easy and had significantly reduced the time in production. Rotomoulding and Pulveriser machine are good examples of modern machineries.

The Rotomoulding machine or the rotanional machine has different applications in traditional and creative product lines. Now it is possible to develop single piece plastic with superior quality and finishing. It reduces the cost of development of the product and adds the cost advantage over different processes. The machine had also made it possible to provide any shape to the plastic. The most commonly used materials in this machine are Plastisol and Polyethylene. This material is used to develop the plastic products of different shapes.

The Pulveriser machine is a type of grinding machine and is available in a variety of ranges. It is generally used to turn the material into powder. The high and low density plastic material is grinded using the pulveriser machine. The speed of grinding is varied from 30kg per hour to 500 kg per hour depending upon the type of application.

This machine has got a gear box. The material grinded is collected in a bag and dust generated in a separate bag. It nearly grinds around 100-300 meshes and the machine is available in 9 different models. It can also be used to grind the pulses and different spices too. The heavy pulverisers can be used to grind calcite, gypsum, bauxite, coal, leather chips, medicinal plants etc.
